Parramatta RSL has a brand new building known as “Club Parramatta”. The owners and operators of the club, CHRG, used spare land on the existing site to build the new club next to the old one. While the old venue still stands for now, CHRG says it will eventually be demolished.
Capital Design Works undertook the expansion of Club Central Hurstville’s gaming facilities. The club has seen an increase in machine use.
Capital Design Works relaunched the Thomas Blamey Tavern to meet strict compliance standards and deliver an upmarket guest experience.
Mark said the transition to the new design was very smooth, and that the room “looks fantastic”. He said Capital Design Works did a very impressive job overall, and there were no problems at all.
This Shellharbour Club gaming room refresh by Capital Design Works meant close collaboration with designers and architects and custom-made screens.
The Gaming Room was designed by Paul Kelly, a popular Architect, who because of the quality required, normally specifies Capital Design Bases. The builder had unfortunately used another company for Bases which were inferior quality and had no flexibility to enable re-configuration to optimise the Room’s performance.
Prior to the renovations, the club at Singleton Diggers Alroy Park was tired and outdated and in serious need of renovations. The smoking area was still the existing smoking area since the bans came into play in 2004.
Kingsgrove RSL undertook a major renovation including their Gaming Room and had engaged Boden Projects and Altis Architecture as well as specialist Gaming Floor Plan designer, Chris Wright. Kingsgrove RSL General Manager Ian Todd then engaged Capital Design Works to design, build and install the Poker Machine Bases & Privacy Screens as he done on previous projects.
The Railway Hotel Lidcombe is a very competitive top ranking room; renowned for exceptional service. The hotel was experiencing increasing local competition and the gaming room was old, tired and dated. It was in need of an upgrade to modernise the room and create a better use of the space.
According to Harp’s owner, the completed project is “one of the nicest gaming rooms around”.
Prior to the redevelopment, Bankstown RSL was in need of major change. Traffic flow, privacy, space and technology was a big problem for the club.
Hotel management says that Capital was easy to work with and offered great ideas for the renovation, and that the feedback from customers has been very positive.
